DROWNING SCENE

This video presents my groups attempts at the suicide scene in our video where the actress kills herself due to deep depression.

I like this video however there are a few adjustments that need to be made when we return to re shoot this scene. For example the actresses hands are still holding on to the handles - making it impossible for her to fully act out her suicide.

Another criticism would be that the actress whole head would need to be inside the water especially her nose. We will therefore need to increase the amount of water in the bath tub and ensure that hopelessness is expressed in the actresses face.

Close Ups of Stages of Suicide Scene

These collection of images show a few stages of the suicide scene our actress had perform. I decided to use close up shots as I wanted to display deep emotion. There are a few things I aim to change when filming this scene again; the variety of shots, ensuring the actress does not hold on to the banister and making sure the bath tub is filled with more water so that her nose is fully underneath the water.
